Francesca Fleming's French Membership: 100 Paying Members
Francesca Fleming reports 100 paying members after moving to Skool. Understand the $37 Standard, $47 Premium and $99 VIP distinction.

Francesca Fleming reports reaching 100 paying members in The Sound More French Cafe after moving the membership to Skool in May 2026. Her milestone also includes a Premium price increase from $37 to $47. Crucially, the current offer still lists Standard at $37: this was not a blanket increase across every tier.
The migration Francesca describes
In Hit a milestone today!, Francesca says her paid membership began in 2022 using a Facebook group and a MemberPress website. It generally sat around 50 to 70 members. She describes that arrangement as clunky and says growth accelerated after the move to Skool.
Her 100th paying member, she says, was someone she did not know who selected Premium. She credits Brenda Rigney and Skool Scale Camp for support with her thinking.
These are creator-reported outcomes. The post contains no exported payment ledger, churn cohort or controlled platform comparison. Visible comments congratulate her but do not independently substantiate the totals.
Three prices, three different levels of participation
The live About page showed a private community with 120 members, two admins and a 5.0 rating from nine reviews on 10 October 2026.
| Tier | Displayed monthly price | Listed offer |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | $37 | Five-level pronunciation video and PDF learning, plus community chat |
| Premium | $47 | Standard plus weekly Pronunciation Gym, weekly Pause Cafe conversation, Confidence Cafe twice monthly and an advanced salon twice monthly |
| VIP Le Cercle | $99 | Advanced weekly book club, monthly dictation and Q&A |
The page names Frannie and Judith. These are advertised inclusions, not verified attendance or learning outcomes. Private sessions and checkout were not tested.
The 120-person roster is not a contradiction of the 100-paying-member claim. Total membership and paying membership are different measures. Nor is 100 multiplied by $47 a defensible revenue estimate: members can occupy different tiers, and the post does not provide their distribution.
What a founder can learn from the tier design
The offer separates self-paced study from recurring practice. Standard gives a learner material to work through; Premium adds regular opportunities to speak and rehearse. VIP is positioned around deeper advanced participation.
That structure can make an upgrade easier to understand than simply charging more for the same library. A founder should name the additional experience, its frequency and the audience it suits. Our membership tiers guide explains the broader design question.
Francesca's confidence in increasing Premium is part of the story, but the post does not establish demand elasticity. A purchase at the new price is encouraging, not proof that every existing member will renew.
Migration is a hypothesis, not a controlled experiment
Moving tools, improving the offer and changing marketing can happen together. Francesca reports faster growth and better retention, but gives no matched before-and-after cohorts. The platform may have reduced friction; changes in messaging, audience or delivery may also matter.
If you are planning a migration, record active paid accounts before the move, successful transitions, support requests and renewal outcomes afterward. Keep new customer acquisition separate from migrated accounts. Our community engagement guide helps frame activity beyond headline membership.
The useful question is whether learners can find the next action and use what they bought. A clearer About page and a structured Classroom can support that goal without proving causation.
